What began as a casual hobby has become a rewarding journey.
The images on this site are scans of photos that I have collected. I have many more and will be adding them every month or so. I also invite anyone visiting this site that owns photos that could be shared to contact me for posting on this site. I also have collected images from the web that I view for my own personal use. I cannot re-distribute these, but I can describe how rewarding the experience of watching a slide show of this collection can be. Its like discovering an old family album hidden in the attic. By looking into the eyes of these women who lived before me, I see myself.

There is a terrific book that I can also refer you to: Women in Pants, Manly Maidens, Cowgirls and Other Renegades by Catherine Smith and Cynthia Greig. It is full of wonderful photos.
